They had cyber attack, did not tell anyone and then charged us for it. 13 hours, yes 13 hours on hold and no resolve. Over the course of 2 days, 13 hours on hold. Do not install prior to signing lease. The fees are 190$ more than sales quotes you. Do your research and stay away from this place.
