  I have have rented from here twice. I had the pleasure of seeing and working with Jordan every time I was at the office & almost every time I called. She provided EXCEPTIONAL service. She made the process so smooth and easy each time. Also, having a pick up & drop off ride was so helpful as a solo woman. Washington was one of my lovely drivers, of which they all gave very safe rides. Thank you for your kindness and great care.😁

  75th Ave/Cactus is the best Enterprise location, Hands Down/No Contest. I’ve come to this specific location for around a year now and they’re always on top of their game. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I’ve gotten the chance to be helped by each of the staff here over the course of my time coming to this location for work, and they have all been excellent. Truly my favorite enterprise team. They treat you like family and are super hard working.

  I liked this location 75th Ave and Peoria. Staff are friendly and professional. Had a great experience from the start to end. I will say, they do need to have atleast 2-3 people working here since they open that way the customers won't have to wait so long to get the vehicle. Other than that, thank you staff and I will definitely rent a car from this location again in the future. :)

  Absolute joke. I made a reservation for a car a week prior to my trip. When the day came for me to pick up the car they called me and said they didn’t have the car that I reserved and that even though I had a reservation it was now first come first serve. Meaning I would have to go there and wait in person all day for a car that fit my reservation. Which if you have ever moved across the country that’s not an option. There’s always last minute things that need to get done. Mind you the first time I called and checked on my reservation then said I would have to keep calling to see if the car I needed was there. WTH kind of costumer service is that. I made a reservation you should be calling me telling me that you have a car ready for me. The last time I called them they then said they wouldn’t have cars for 3 days most likely. So what is the point of a reservation if they might not have a car for you. Also I talked to 3 different people and they all gave me different information regarding weather or no there’s a car available. Overall the system is whack. It should not let you book a car if there isn’t any in stock. The people were also rude and not helpful. One even hung up on me while I was trying to cancel my reservation. It’s just ridiculous.
