    I had a terrible experience at this Valvoline location. I came in for a simple oil change and left with my hood not opening at all. Everything worked perfectly before their service, and now the hood release cable or latch is damaged. On top of that, they tried to upsell me unnecessary services, and when I refused, suddenly the “corporate price” changed. I just paid $37 recently for the same oil change, but this time they charged me $57 for no reason. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Damaging a customer’s car and then overcharging them is not how a professional business should operate. I will not be coming back and I expect someone from management to reach out and resolve this issue.

    It was fast friendly service and exactly what I expected getting the oil changed. It was not a long wait and was very thorough. I would recommend this location if you are in need of a quick oil change.

    Literally the worst service ever. Rude and disrespectful. Ended up with a bad oil leak after service and then went thru hell and am still going thru hell to resolve. I suggest going elsewhere...maybe try take 5.

    Went in to get an oil change on a used car I just purchased. After the oil change was completed, none of the staff could figure out how to reset my oil change notification in my car, but several of the staff attempted to help me and I truly appreciate them and the effort they took to try and assist with solving the issue.
