They were more than happy to help with 100%+ customer service and care. I was overwhelmed by the kindness. After my successful attempt to change oil came attempting to change my oil filter, it was over tightened too. Tried all I can but couldn't teque it a bit. So I drove to same Valvoline and explaibed the situation, they remembered me from the previous day and changed my oil filter since I had the new filter already. Incredible people. I asked other locan repair shops they all refused to offer help given option to do full service including own oil, going for full sale, but Valvoline are the sweetest of all. They did not charge a cent but supported my project. I love you Valvoline and staff. Valvoline will be my number one to go to for any issue going forward. Ofcourse I will pay for those services lol.

At this location, Doan gave me the best customer service, very accommodating, good and thoroughly explained everything! Definitely recommend it, especially in the morning. They don't just provide oil changes, they do air filters, differential, transfer cases, and transmission services. All while you sit in your vehicle.
