The first time was a 2010 van with a small block he said I need an extra quart of oil that's ok, the price was not and the attitude was terrible I think it was the manager manager. Second time I had a Toyota Highlander and he said it would be an extra like 50.00. Then he said I need a new battery. I told him that I just bought one he said I was cheap and was swelling he gave me a very high quote for a new battery. I took it to O'Reilly's and they said it was perfect. He also said that we need brakes not sure how he came up with that one they didn't take the tires off. I didn't think they did brakes. I'm 65 and have repaired all my many vehicles. Lucky I found a great mechanic I can trust moving forward.
