- ANAz NpDec 16, 20251.0TERRIBLE! Do not use. They installed the wrong glass then wanted to charge me to fix the issue after they collected from my insurance. They sent me over pictures of someone else's glass (which I'm sure is insurance fraud) and only took pictures of the hood of my car. One faded picture was of my windshield and did show that the original window had the visor tint. Insurance companies and licensing agencies should really be aware of the fraud this company is exercising. Oh, and the kicker! Safelite is somehow the company in charge of State Farm window claims ha!! Wrong move State Farm and terrible conflict of interest. Maybe the AG of AZ needs to be notified of these illegal practices? If anyone else is experiencing fraud by this company, please review them hopefully someone takes a look at this (the window pictured that is cracked is NOT MINE but they turned it in to insurance as if it was; mine is the one with the tint at the top; they only took pictures of my hood...not sure why)
- LBLauren BettsDec 12, 20251.0Took my brand new car that had just gotten a windshield crack in it from a rock, drop off and pick up was easy but the damage they did to my BRAND NEW car was awful, they ruined my antenna, left black markings all over my hood, broke my bath and body works inside scent diffuser and just threw it in my cupholder for me to find. I am definitely not going back to this Safelite ever as I’ve never had any issues with Safelite until I have gone to this location. Take some pride with your job, clean up your mess you do to other peoples car, and take accountability. And the photos are AFTER I tried to fix all the gross black substance on my car after getting it back.
