  Safelite was amazing. Most definitely best value. I did my research. Plus, I was not there during the installation. When I got home, it looked beautiful. I'm so happy!

  Installer bent the chrome molding on my windshield. He left the door ajar and killed my battery. Now I need a new battery. Horrible experience.

  I just had my car glass replaced through Safelite and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience — mainly because of Lawrence. From start to finish, he was professional, fast, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’ve dealt with car issues before where you feel like you’re getting rushed, or you’re left wondering if the job was done correctly. That was NOT the case here. Lawrence showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and had a calm, confident way about him that instantly made me feel like my car was in good hands. He was extremely thorough and careful during the entire replacement. He didn’t cut corners, didn’t rush through anything, and made sure the glass was installed cleanly and correctly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He also made sure everything was sealed properly, cleaned up after the job, and left my car looking better than it did before. What I appreciated most is that Lawrence didn’t treat it like “just another appointment.” He actually cared about doing the job right and making sure I was taken care of. Honestly, he saved me a huge headache — and I’m not exaggerating when I say he kind of saved my ass because I needed this done quickly and done correctly. If you’re scheduling with Safelite and you get Lawrence, you’re lucky. He’s the kind of technician that makes the whole company look good. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs windshield or auto glass replacement. Thanks again Lawrence — seriously, great work.

  Poor quality repair. Chip is in direct line of sight and even after repair the sun reflecting from chip cracks distracts my driving. I likely need a new windshield which means another trip to a glass repair facility. If the chip repair would likely result in a continued distracting line of vision they should have just told me that I need a new windshield and not done the repair. Further the Safelite technician promised a cleaning of my interior glass and this was also very poor quality. There is haze and streaks that also cause driving distractions when light hits the glass. Very disappointed.

  Had windshield and Llumar Air 80 tint replaced. Both were done excellent and very happy with result. Problem is I did not receive certificate for the window film even after asking two separate times , tech said it would be emailed, didn't receive and then I called and nothing after several days. Receipt only states "1 tint strip cash". They have Llumar window film displays all over the store, which is why this issue bothers me. I have had Llumar films on all my vehicles for a long time, they have an excellent nationwide lifetime warranty that I have only needed to use once. Llumar purchases arent cheap ($225 for windshield, $750 for extended cab truck) and have a warranty card (or dealer online registration) with vehicle information, installer information, tint model, lot number and install date in case of issues down the road. I have nothing to show the brand or type installed so if there is ever an issue I am stuck with only going here.
