- ARAmanda RiedelAug 23, 20251.0Definitely need better management. Slowest I've ever seen a QT. No one moves with a purpose and the socializing amongst staff comes before customer service. It took 15 min to get a grilled cheese and there's no hustle and def was no direction. Management watched the whole time even while customers waited at check out.

- ABAmy BaltodanoJun 26, 20251.0My husband and I went to the QT he was craving an apple fritter so we go in and there was a young girl very nice she was putting the donuts inside the shelves and also checking out.I asked her if she had apple fritter she said yes let me check out and I will help u. There was another gentleman that came from the back and the girl told him can u help them so he asked me what do u need I said can I have an apple fritter then he said wait until she is done and he walked away. My husband just decided to get an another type because she was busy we felt bad for her. The guy came back and she asked him what did u say to them he said that they have to wait for you to be done stocking them just like everyone else he said it right in front of me. I was not being rude I was willing to wait because I get it she was busy but it’s his approach and he was rude and unprofessional he definitely is not a team player because she asked him to help us and all he said is what do u want and wait for her to be done. I did tell him before I left that I didn’t have a problem waiting for the donut but the way he approached the situation was very rude. And it wasn’t even busy. He could have helped he was just being lazy and just rude and he looked annoyed. I know they deal with all types of people but again I was being respectful and I was in no rush.
