- NNnathan nobleDec 3, 20253.0Biscuit and gravy 😔. Disappointing is what i would say about it. There was just something about the flavor that didn't quite sit right with me. I mean, it was edible. The gravy, once I opened the package, looked like cottage cheese. I believe the biscuit and gravy was microwaved from frozen. Reason I say this is, part of the biscuit and gravy was cool, not cold, but definately not hot. This reminded me of the time I got the biscuit and sausage breakfast sandwich for $2.99. That sandwich was also nearly flavorless. I won't order this again. If they cannot get the simples things right, I surely don't expect them to get the rest of everything right either..

Maybe have two working toilets instead of harassing your customers out of the bathroom and making it our problem. The entire time I’m in there she’s passive aggressively sighing and asking me questions. Would NEVER come here again

- SSStephenOct 29, 20252.0Oct 29 2025 6:50 pm. Purchased small coffee. $2.29. Gave female cashier $2.35. She closed the cash drawer and just looked at me. I asked her for my change. She stated I gave her $2.30. I asked for my change again. She said she couldnt open the drawer. I patronize this location at least 2x a day. Spending a good sum of money. I realize its not a lot of money but its the principle. Arguing with a customer over such a simple purchase? I will go elsewhere. QT has really changed to a lower standard than 2+ years ago. Your staff is not there for my benefit. Im there for the stores benefit. Ive worked retail before. Dont get the idea your location and brand it the only option I have. I noticed in the reviews the "owner" only responds to positive reviews. Pretty much says it all....
