Maybe have two working toilets instead of harassing your customers out of the bathroom and making it our problem. The entire time I’m in there she’s passive aggressively sighing and asking me questions. Would NEVER come here again

She stated I gave her $2.30. I asked for my change again. She said she couldnt open the drawer. I patronize this location at least 2x a day. Spending a good sum of money. I realize its not a lot of money but its the principle. Arguing with a customer over such a simple purchase? I will go elsewhere. QT has really changed to a lower standard than 2+ years ago. Your staff is not there for my benefit. Im there for the stores benefit. Ive worked retail before. Dont get the idea your location and brand it the only option I have. I noticed in the reviews the "owner" only responds to positive reviews. Pretty much says it all....
