Rude completely ignored me when I came to pay took someone else to his right even though I was already waiting. When I asked for a bag he let out a deep sigh like if that was such a big request that he had to go out of his way for. I come to this location alot and I have never been treated with this much disrespect or attitude ever. He definitely needs more training.

Your kitchens have become something of their own and they are very unique! I love the technology and innovation that goes into your stores! However, the new soda, tea and slush equipment however impressive it is, is not ok. This is why. For example the soda machine, beautifully designed, great concept however it mixes all the flavors in the tube or line into the next pour. I got a Dr. Pepper that tasted like everything else on the line except Dr. Pepper. It was nasty and a waste of my money to get a beverage that tastes of poor quality product. This machine completely changes the flavor profile of the item you select. I could taste the orange soda, sprite and cola mixed into the Dr. Pepper syrup. Yes, the new machine is wonderful, convenient and a show stopper but it is making all the drinks taste bad and like nothing of the original flavor? Just fyi. I am sure you guys are aware of this. What is the work around? Please fix this. I love your store but won’t be coming to get my DP or Cherry coke there anymore.
