- MFMelis French1 day ago1.0Horrible experience. I wasn’t going to say anything at first but I’ve been having issues with my tires and I noticed that 3 out of the 4 caps were gone. They also managed to crack one of my hubcaps and it rolled off while I was driving. I’ve been having problems with my front passenger side tire ever since and will have to purchase a new tire. They told me that it would only be 30 minutes and I was there for an hour and a half which made me late to an appointment that I needed to get to. Also, I asked them 2 times, to please fill my window washer fluid and I asked a 3rd time to make sure that it had been done, they told me that they did and they lied. They weren’t busy when I got there and the fact that it took an hour and a half is ridiculous because half of them were standing around doing nothing. I’ve never had a bad experience with my oil changes… I will never be back to this location.
