    Very bad experience. One person in the office trying to help six to nine people at a time plus answer the phone. Took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get my car with my reservation. He did a great job and somehow kept his cool. Not the employee just way understaffed.

    This is the second time since September that I have reserved a luxury and luxury premium at this location…the first time the car the had for me needed a oil change and they could not rent it to me. They offered me a luxury suv at the same price but this is not what I wanted. When returning it I voiced my displeasure and they gave me a discount and promised it would not happen again. Fast forward to this week and the joke was on me. I reserved a luxury again and it needed an oil change again….. again they offered an suv…. I appreciate the upgrade for free to something more expensive but it’s not what I reserved or wanted. I will not be back after this. The branch manager Jordan was not rude and very nice, she offered a discount but that’s not what I wanted and I understand it was out of her control for the oil change.

    Do not take the vehicles unless they can show you proof that the damage on your rental was already in their system. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD.

    I had a reservation for 9am today and showed up at this location at around 10:30. When I got here the manager Jordan Hooks told me that they don't have the car I requested available because I came after the reservation time. They said they called me 40 minutes before and I did not answer because the call was flag as potential spam and I even showed my phone to them. I did not get a text or email like the day before when I confirmed the reservation. I called corporate to place a complaint because this is not right. At least they should warn you that if you don't show up at the requested time, which I didn't thought it was an issue because I placed my credit card, they will rent your vehicle to someone else or probably didn't have it since the begining.
