    Jordan and Tanner seem like they did not want my business. Tanner basically said either you going pay this difference or what else can I help you with. The branch manager Jordan was not willing to work out anything on the insurance claim. The new girl knew nothing. This whole team seems like they’re fresh on the job!! I’ve been renting from enterprise since I was 21 I’m 36 now I’ve never had this bad of service before. I will not be coming back to this location. These employees need some tenure experience. Oh I forgot they never even checked my ID! SMH

    I absolutely love this enterprise location. I never have a bad experience. The management and staff is always so friendly and quick to meet my needs. I've been renting from this location for a very long time and with enterprise in general for over 20 years.
