- DDDave DavissonFeb 15, 20261.0I went into this location today to have my car battery replaced under warranty. Carlos was cocky, arrogant and rude and so was the young redheaded kid. Horrible experience that definitely raised my blood pressure. I will never go to this location again. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I worked in the automotive repair / fleet maintenance business for years. Customer service, positive word of mouth advertising and repeat business is key in the industry. I am requesting that the regional manager reply to this post and let me know how I can contact you ASAP to give you more details. Thanks.
