I am only giving 3 stars because of lack of receiving a phone call when my vehicle was ready today. I called about 40 minutes before they were closing. No one had called me. The guy who answered said that Paul mentioned to him calling me right away earlier. If I didn’t call them, my vehicle might still be there because I wouldn’t have known that it was ready.
Also, I had my other vehicle in there a couple weeks ago. They have several phone numbers on my account. I mentioned that they should only have mine and my wife’s. I was told they couldn’t remove the other numbers. I gave them my number to call when it was ready. Someone called each number on my account, except for mine.

Went back again. Second time since the repairs were finished.
So now it is 9 hours and $2500.00 and my Brakes STILL MAKE NOISE.
Come on now, it is not like I have some strange, exotic vehicle. It is a Chevy Silverado.
I did learn that they apparently don't do much to clean off the parts that they attach the new stuff to. The guy told me that they would need some $10,000 machine to do that.
My brother and I used to just use a can of brake parts cleaner. Picked up from any auto parts store.
Went to the Brakes Plus at 83 ave / Deer Valley for a brake repair emergency.
All four brakes were replaced along with rotors, calipers and bearings.
This was 3 hours.
I was O.k. with that.
I was told that a rear axel seal was leaking and needed replaced.
I was also told that my tie rods were bad and should be replaced.
I made an appointment for the following Monday to have the axel seal replaced.
I was already charged for the labor so I really had no choice.
I was told that it would be 2 hours.
I knew that there was nothing wrong with my tie rods.
So I am there Monday at 8:00 a.m.
I finally get my truck back 4 hours later.
This time I am told that I need a drivers side motor mount and that the one I currently have is really , really bad.
I found that to be kinda surprising since I had only felt it clunk maybe twice over the last 60,000 miles.
Each of those times were driver error. By me.
Anyway $2,500 and 7 hours later my truck would squeal louder than any BIG truck every time I would come to a complete stop.
Extremely embarrassing.
After a week of this noise I finally brought it back.
Just the thought of spending more time sitting around waiting for my truck to be made right was very upsetting to me.
So another hour later my truck is returned to me and I am told again that my drivers side motor mount needs replaced.
So now 8 hours and still $2,500 later my brakes have been squealing at every complete stop I make and most turns where I slow down too much.
The last thing in the world that I want to have to do is waste my time bringing my truck back to them again.
But I will have to because they owe me.
Another thing that I found to be s****y on their part,
I over heard other customers being told to go on website because there were coupons to help pay for repairs.
No body working there and taking all my money ever told me about how I could save a little money.
And the first guy I dealt with knew that I was concerned about having enough money to cover the repairs.
Because I told him that that is why I would have to come back Monday.
If these guys weren't trying to get me for all they thought they could I would have been told about the online coupons. I would have been told the cost for the axel seal without the cost for tierods.
I would have then had them take care of the axel seal at the same time they were doing everything else the first day I was there,
Because I could have afforded that and it only makes sense.
But no, they told me about needing an extra $1,000 of tie rod repairs along with the $500. for the seal.
Don't forget that this $1,500 was after the $1,947.27 that I was already being charged.
I would have paid $500. more to have everything done at one time.
But I could not afford to pay $1,500 at that time.
But the problem, now that they have taken soo much time and money from me, is my truck brakes still squeal.
For the time and money my truck should NOT make noise like it now does.
I am afraid to go back because they keep trying to push this $900. motor mount and I now don't trust them to not do something to make sure that I need to replace the motor mount.
I am really upset with this place and just wish they would try to get what they had already done right and not try to find something else to try to sell me on.
