I would give zero if possible. First time visiting this location…needed a few things for my daughters first car…. Windshield wipers, a chip repair kit for windshield, air freshener, some wiring accessories, etc…Took my daughter with me so she could see how to look up wipers and the like. Date was 04/19/26 @ approximately 3:30 pm. There were two employees working…one younger female and an older male approx 55 with a hat and a light brown/gray beard. As we are shopping I realize that the older male employee is watching us, like down every aisle watching what we are doing…what we are touching. To the point where it was uncomfortably obvious and creepy. It’s clear he thought we were shoplifting. I took everything my daughter was holding and walked it up front….dropped it on the counter by the register so they wouldn’t think we were stealing it. We grabbed one more thing and then headed to the register to pay. When I get to the counter to pay, the younger female is checking us out. I ask her “hey, do you guys have a problem with shoplifting in here or something?” She goes “no, not at all, why?” To which I replied very loudly….”WELL IT DOESN’T FEEL VERY GOOD SPENDING $100 AT THE PARTS STORE ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL”. Actual cost: $87.00 Lesson learned: Priceless Will I come back? Not a chance. Ever. Like never. I would rather walk past autozone in a 120 degree heat to make sure that I never spend a single dollar there again. Not one more cent. As someone who services all three of our vehicles and 2 of our off-road vehicles myself, I spend a large amount of money a year on parts and fluids. None of which will be purchased from Autozone going forward. I should also point out that not a single time has Oreilly treated me like this. I will go out of my way to spend my $$ at a place that treats me respectfully. You couldn’t pay me to shop at autozone on Vistancia again. Absolutely ridiculous.

What an amazing experience! Great customer service! A big shout out to the mgr Juan who went the extra mile to help me. I really appreciate this kind of service - you just don’t see great people like this anymore. Thanks Juan, I will be doing all my auto shopping here. Cathie

Terrible experience at AutoZone last night. I stopped in around 7:50 PM just to quickly grab a PCV valve, and their system wasn’t accepting cards. Instead of handling it professionally, the general manager, Ron P, made a rude, smart remark saying, “this is what happens when you come before we close.” Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. On top of that, he smelled like alcohol, which made the whole situation even more concerning. This is supposed to be a reputable location in an upscale neighborhood, but the behavior I experienced was anything but. I left frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked. Management like this reflects poorly on the entire store. Someone seriously needs to look into what’s going on here and make changes. Until then, I definitely won’t be coming back — and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Went by to have a battery checked and the young lady working there told us it was a AAA and we should call them first. We did and it turns out it was still under warranty. High praise for the honesty and catching that. Makes me a solid customer going forward. Thank you.

I went into this location today to have my car battery replaced under warranty. Carlos was cocky, arrogant and rude and so was the young redheaded kid. Horrible experience that definitely raised my blood pressure. I will never go to this location again. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I worked in the automotive repair / fleet maintenance business for years. Customer service, positive word of mouth advertising and repeat business is key in the industry. I am requesting that the regional manager reply to this post and let me know how I can contact you ASAP to give you more details. Thanks.
