The delivery was seamless - it was ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. Went for a larger model. The bunkhouse fit the kids just fine. Any questions were quickly answered by their helpful staff. Really took the hassle and guesswork out having River RV rental handle all the setup and pickup. This was much better than other RV experiences, where we’ve rented and had to do all the legwork. The AC, fridge, TV, etc. worked well. Really loved the master bedroom setup and location too.
