Upon checking I called them to let them know the RV would not lock and that there was multiple times damaged that I wanted to note so I wasn’t charged a damage fee. They said they knew about the existing damage and they would have someone out at the end of the day to check the lock. The husband came out around 3-4hrs later and “repaired” the lock and bring a towel that was missing. I was able to lock the RV door once and then it was jammed again. There was no water pressure at the kitchen sink, bathroom sink was fine. Upon washing dishes the first night after dinner, there was a massive leak coming from under the kitchen cabinet running across the RV living room and across the doorway. The RV was seriously not levels as water was flowing across the living room and forward. So we were sleeping with our heads lower than our feet the whole weekend. The second day the bathroom sink decided was wasn’t going to drain. The tank indicators showed the tanks empty. I messaged them about these issues and never got any response over the weekend. Might as well of pitched a tent. Needless to say wasn’t happy with the experience, especially paying over $200/night. No offer for refund or anything. I will probably not rent from them again or recommend them.
