  I do not like giving negative reviews, I am forced to with this one. What time was it when I stopped? 8:05am. When did I leave? 8:15. I don't know what time they open.

  I went in for a diagnosis on the battery in my vehicle. The store manager Alberto was very helpful and courteous. He made sure to double check for an accurate diagnosis, helped me select a new battery, and installed it. The cashier who helped me with the purchase transaction seemed to be a new hire perhaps still in training. The store manager Alberto was patient and professional when guiding her through the POS system. Overall, my experience at Autozone was a pleasant one. Thank you.

  Above and Beyond! I bought new headlights for my van here. The staff was incredibly helpful...Jeffrey and the lovely young gal who helped me (dang! forgot your name) in particular. And Alberto, my HERO! made sure my lights were replaced and taught me a few new things I am happy to know about brackets! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️

  Wonderful! I am so grateful that I found this Autozone! I had just come from the O’Reillys, where the person who insisted on walking around the store with me, sort of following me around everywhere, who didn’t know what a one-man brake bleeder was, didn’t know what a worm clamp was, was laughing at me audibly, and provided generally very poor service and was unknowledgeable for an auto parts store with a huge brand name. As soon as I walked into Autozone, the man at the counter asked if there was anything I was looking for and I asked for one-man brake bleeder. He knew exactly what I was talking about, and he knew exactly where they were. I asked for worm clamps, and he took me right to them. This is how shopping in an auto parts store should be. It shouldn’t be a gaslighting experience like it O’Reilly’s in Parker. It should be welcoming and informative people working at the location who can actually guide you and help you find the items you’re looking for. Thank you, Autozone. I’ll be shopping here from now on.🚗🤙🏼
