The ladies who helped me were thorough during the visit to sign paperwork and take possession of the truck. Our trip ended up requiring extra rental days which they were very helpful and understanding. When you are gifted with a name like U-Haul and synonymous with moving here in America it's sad to see how little the small business representatives respect the name and how little U-Haul does to protect loyal customers from nearly predatory rental franchises. Penske got my shot because U-Haul lost the loyalty I had, Penske Oro Valley see you for the move in and would recommend this location to anyone who feels like U-Haul and their pruveyors don't deserve another chance.
