  Came to this location to have a small leak fixed in my tire rather than actually looking at it tech took a quick look at the tires and said no. Brackmax fixed it for me in 30mins and said the tires had to plenty of tread on them

  Yesterday at 4:30 PM I had an emergency there was something dragging from underneath my car. I pulled into the Goodyear auto center and asked him if they could just bring up on a lift to take a look. They told me it would cost me $95 just to do that. I would not recommend this business to anyone I had to leave with the emergency not being taken care of.

  I got a low tire warning on my dashboard. Stopped here. They checked all my tires, aired them all up a bit and sent me me on my way in about 5 minutes, for free. Nice guys and great service.

  New to the area and as a welcome to Tucson I hit a pothole and my tire completely deflated. I had my car towed after a long 4 to 5 hours of Lyft fleet sending me to the wrong auto shop (their partner) and had to get another tow up to Oro Valley. Thinking it would be another long wait of maybe even next day, Jay (a manager) was assured me that he would take care of everything and that i was in good hands. They are welcoming and hands-on. Its very clean and relaxing. My service only took about 20 to 30 minutes maybe (I know there is was rush before I got there around 12 or 1pm) and I got there about 330pm. Thanks again Jay!

  Had oil changed on Monday at 5:30pm appointment Tuesday check engine light came on called talk to individual who stated not our problem and if I brought it in I would be charged for them to diagnose it. I told him to have Manager call me, No call! Stop at ORiley auto parts who hooked up a scaner for free and told me had to do with small leak in EVP system. Tried calling Mgr at Goodyear on Thursday no answer on phone. DO Not shop there!!!! New people not qualified or just don’t care.
