I had booked a rental at this location but somehow the form reset and I did not notice the location had changed when I completed the reservation online. Veronica, the branch manager was really understanding & helpful in switching my reservation, and saw that I left satisfied and with a rental. Even saved a little money. The car I received was a compact, which was smaller than the car I originally booked, but the car was great. Nice and clean & free of any damage. Great customer service.
