I have driven a car from Oro Valley, Arizona to Washington state twice. Both times, I have had to deal with their Damage Recovery team-because the Oro location hasn't properly photographed/documented the damages to the car. This really makes renting a car stressful; and jumping through hoops to prove that I didn't cause damage to a car isn't how I want to keep ending vacations to visit my grandparents in Arizona. Another side note-I encountered vehicle issues on my trip down, which isn't the fault of the Oro location-things happen. However, I was supposed to return the car to this spot. I never received a final invoice, a follow-up phone call, or any emails from anywhere in Arizona regarding the tow, the car, the final charges...the team in Washington had to help clean up that mess. Edit: In the response to my review, I was told to reach out to their customer care team online-which I did-and still have yet to receive a response.
