The sales representatives at this location the day of our visit were not only unhelpful and didn't seem like they even wanted to be there, but one specific representative insulted my husband and then proceeded to violate and breach Customer Privacy Laws. The sales rep looked up my husband's customer information from our account and attempt to report my husband to his employer, all because my husband didn't appreciate being insulted and because my husband voiced his opinion about the sales representatives being lazy and not wanting to work at an establishment their being paid to work at. Violating and Breaching Customer Privacy when no crime has been committed is a major abuse of power and outright abuse of a system network. We will be contacting the Corporate Office and filing a formal complaint on this location as well as on that specific sales representative. The acts that were committed by one of the staff members at this location were extremely Unethical, unprofessional as well as illegal.
