  Chris was an amazing salesman. He made all of us feel comfortable and truly valued. He was such an amazing person to work with. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated to making sure we were happy but also safe. He always answered our questions and concerns and always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We will hands down only work with the new River team. Everyone from Chris, the manager, Jerry to the paperwork team were just amazing. We are so thank for Chris and all the new River team. Thank you

  We had an amazing experience with Tammer. We are new to the Class A category and he spent so much time explaining every detail of the RV,s, differences and pros/cons. Super knowledgeable and willing to share all his learnings.

  Tammer was very poised and confident as he showed me the features of the travel trailer I was interested in. When it came to the paperwork, he told me in detail what was taking place. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

  Camping World really out did themselves! Brandon from Parts really went above and beyond to help us. We were driving across country from Georgia to California and our converter went out. He made certain we got it...he even called to make certain we had picked it up! Plus he gave us his cell number just in case we were gonna be late! Customers for life!

  Honestly Devin is so immensely bad at his job. I've truly met very few people in this life that care that little about their jobs, he treats it as if he's a teenager working at McDonald's. I've tried to get parts from here on nearly a dozen different occasions as I have wintered just north for several years and it is the closest rv parts center. Whether it's a complex part or something as simple as a light I gaurentee he will NEVER call you back. He is never at his desk, his boss is wasting so much money on his payroll, he actively prohibits customer from doing business with CW and I actually canceled the sale of my rv to camping world due to how openly neglectful he is at his job, I would have no choice but to assume the entire staff has his mindset and thats just not something im prepared to deal with. Your customers shouldn't have to remind your staff 15+ times to do their job only for them still to never do their job. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and spoke to him directly, he is not fit for the workforce or at the very least certainly not a customer service role. He is the kind of employee that needs someone to watch him at all times to even pretend to do his job. (My trailer was also bought brand new AT CAMPING WORLD just a few years ago, so it's not that the parts for this trailer aren't available)
