The idea of staying in your vehicle while your service is being done is genius. Everyone at this location is very friendly. What I especially like is that they are transparent about the services offered. They checked lights, battery, wipers, cabin filter. Nick was super fast and helpful during check in and checking me out. The tech- Damrick was super fast. I will be coming back!!!

I recently came in for an oil change and left pretty disappointed with the overall experience, specifically with the customer service I received from Rowan. I had a coupon that I signed up for, but due to a family emergency that had me out of state, I wasn’t able to use it before it expired. When I asked about it, Rowan immediately said no exceptions could be made. I understand policies are policies, and I’m not expecting special treatment—but the way it was communicated came off as dismissive and a bit rude. In the past, exceptions have been made for me, so the inconsistency stood out. During the service, I was shown my air filter, and it didn’t appear very dirty. In previous visits, I’ve asked if they could simply blow it out with air, and that was never an issue. This time, I was told they couldn’t do that. Also, my cabin air filter wasn’t even mentioned or offered for replacement, which is something that’s typically part of the process. Overall, this location feels very hit or miss. Some visits are great, others feel rushed and lacking attention to detail. This visit, in particular, felt like it was near closing time and the focus was more on wrapping up than providing consistent service. I value good customer service and consistency, especially as a paying customer, and unfortunately this experience has me seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted which was nice but then I was told I needed to move my car to respect the other person who was in a totally seperate line to come over so he could go first not a huge deal I understand but there is also 3 lanes for a reason so shouldn’t really matter as all lanes do the same service. I moved my car no problem was told about a 15min wait. Then after about 30minutes I get told again to move to a different line because of how backed up and slow it is, sure no problem I move my car again. Then after about 10 to 15 minutes sitting there I’m told to move my car AGAIN as the original like I was already in was moving now. The staff was not good at all, Ronin the manager on staff today was more concerned about messing around and saying hi to his buddies that he was making sure the team had a good connection and was flowing smoothly, no one seemed to know where they needed to be or what they were doing. The only one to be on top of his game was Codi. When doing my oil change there was no professionalism in any way shape or form throwing my cover around for the engine, banging the lines all over the side of the car as well as dripping tons and tons of oil all over the engine bay. Being that I managed a jiffy lube for some time, there was also no call outs, no checks and no PPE or safety equipment. Most of the crew had their gloves on and eye protection but not everyone. Not to mention one of their buddies who brought their car in was out of his car and walking all over the shop that’s unacceptable and a liability if I might add. I’m very frustrated and disappointed in this location as what should I’ve been a 15min oil change ended up being over an hour. Lots of standing around and talking and doing nothing when there was plenty to do. As seen in the photos below this is how they leave the car dirty with no tidiness or care to detail. At least have the common decency to wipe the oil or fluids you spill. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Without Hunter being there as manager it’s an absolute mess sadly.

I can understand the current economy and the nature of the automotive industry requiring a rise in prices. But almost $150 for an oil change is ridiculous. And the only add ons I agreed to were the wiper blades and the engine filter, so how does that drive up the cost to $150? Furthermore, this location was having pc issues which the staff didn’t seem to factor this into their assessment of my car, nor did they offer any other explanation for bad readouts from their tablets. I say this because the mechanic in charge was dead set on telling me my battery was in the red, even when I told him that battery is less than a year old. He quickly brushed that off and went about his attempts to steamroll me into other add ons. I’m being generous with the 3 star rating, because clearly issues need to be addressed with this location and with upper mgmt if they allow or ignore this type of conduct to become normalized for any amount of time. Also I will point out the templated(and probably ai generated) response that will be attached to this review where management or a supervisor will say they “take these kind of reviews seriously” and “please bring your vehicle back to our shop for another assessment”. The “customer is always right” may be out dated, but the extreme is still wrong, being the assumption that this customer is automatically wrong and I have no clue how a car works.
