  I visited your location at 808 S Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210 and paid $30 for a car wash, expecting a quality service. After the wash, when we began vacuuming, we noticed black tire shine residue splattered along the sides of the car that would not come off. We brought this to the attention of the manager, Jessica, who informed us that this is a known issue. She offered to send us through the car wash a second time and assured us it would resolve the problem. Unfortunately, after the second wash, the residue was still present. We had to scrub it off ourselves, and it still did not fully come off—especially on the rims. At that point, we requested a refund, given that this was a known issue that was not disclosed to us beforehand. Jessica declined the refund, stating that because we were given a second wash, a refund was no longer an option. Had we been told upfront that our only remedy would be a second wash—with no guarantee of resolution—we would have chosen a refund instead, especially since we ultimately had to wash the car again ourselves. When I asked for a corporate contact, I was given a card with a QR code. However, upon scanning it, it led to a membership page that required login credentials, making it impossible to submit feedback or reach corporate. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I am requesting a refund and hope this matter can be resolved appropriately

  We like the membership plan here. We've had it it almost a year now. We get our truck washed here at least once a week. Like that they give us a little trash bag, dash/window wipes & an airfreshner with each visit. Friendly staff.
