  I've been using Raceway for a couple of years now and have always had a good experience. Today RaShaun was helping and had such a great smile for everyone and included, "Have a blessed day" on my way out. Very refreshing.

  Gracie had great customer service was able to walk me through the process of setting up a new membership and want those details looks like as well as being so generous and letting me know where I can cancel membership or just go ahead and change an upgrade overall 10 out of 10. With the car wash being perfect as well glad to be a member!

  Came thru the car wash today after borrowing my sons very dirty car and wanted to surprise him. I just got the basic wash, but even that turned out to be an EXCEPTIONAL WASH and BG SHOUT OUT. To GRACE who did an AMAZING job helping me decide what to do choose. I will be back to get a membership because of her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GRACE!

  5 stars. I go to Raceway Car Wash at different locations and this one stands out as the best experience I have had. Gabriel was working alone and still handled everything with control and speed. He guided cars, helped customers, and kept the whole flow organized. He also handed out small kits with wipes and fresheners and made sure everyone left with everything they needed. He stayed active the entire time and still gave strong customer service to every person there. This location felt different because of how much effort he put in. Best service I have had across all Raceway visits.

  The carwash put a giant dent in the back of my 4runner. Manager told me they were not responsible and would not help with anything. Asked about video and was told to ask insurance to get it. Absolutely not helpful and cannot recommend at all. Insurance advised the video provided them was some of the worst they have seen, so conveniently cant see anything in it. I had requested to look at it originally and was rebuffed by the manager. Just absolute terrible customer service.
