They have not contacted me since my service and do not intend to. Additionally, the service was not half done, it was done incorrectly. And my research clearly showed that no blue sealant is normally necessary to keep the drain bolt on correctly. This exact issue of stripped oil pan happened before on a different cavalier I owned at another Jiffy lube but the manager took responsibility and did what was right. Avoid Jiffy Lube at all costs. I had to return because a visible oil leak developed under my car. The manager insisted the drain plug and washer were replaced but also mentioned some kind of blue stuff was used. It is very likely that the oil pan threads were stripped likely due to them overtightening the drain bolt.

Also, there was a ton of ants running around the waiting room floor, pretty gross. My oil change was done, the old oil change sticker was left on my window. I also got new wiper blades but I’m sure I won’t need them for a while.
