  I had such a great experience with Burt at Grease Monkey! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. My oil change was quick, smooth, and done with attention to detail. Burt took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the service and overall condition of my car. It’s not often you come across someone who combines professionalism with such a personable, down-to-earth approach. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and values his customers.   I was visiting from out of town and my A/C went out. The Manager there went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Most mechanic shop look to up sell and but this guy was a straight shooter and saved me some money in the process.

  Seemed friendly, however, the mechanic working there insulted my manager, and then denied that he ever made contact with her. He then claimed he could not service the vehicle despite the referring fleet company having them listed as compliant and towing the vehicle in. Perhaps the service is good, if you can convince them to do it without accusing you of lying.
