    This was the easiest and quickest repair job done! Everyone here was very friendly, from Heidi who manages the front desk, so the workers that inspected my car and gave me a call that my car was ready for pick up. They handled everything with insurance and gave me information about the lifetime warranty regarding my car’s paint job. Overall a great experience!

    It’s unfortunate that I now have to leave a negative review. Initially, they did great work, and my first review reflected that with high praise. However, after I had to return once—and then again—the experience changed significantly. On the third visit, they essentially threw their hands up and said it was “not our problem.” I explained that even the dealership believed the issue was likely something that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. They stated they would contact the insurance company to try to resolve it, but I never heard back—not even a courtesy call to share the insurance company’s response. I later reached out for an update, and my call was still not returned.
