The car was excellent, clean, smooth, and reliable. but what really stood out was the level of customer service. When I picked up the car, Michael was clear and helpful, explaining exactly where I needed to return it. Unfortunately, I had a lot on my mind and ended up dropping it off at the wrong location. To make things worse, it was a Sunday, so the branch was closed and the car just sat there unused. Michael handled the situation incredibly well. He understood it was an honest mistake and, instead of charging me for an extra day, he waived the fee without any hassle. That kind of understanding and professionalism really goes a long way. Because of that experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Michael for making what could’ve been a stressful situation so easy. Highly recommend this location.

Was honestly surprised at how great an experience I had renting at this location. Nearly everyone I interacted with was curteous and quick to help or ask if I needed it. Will be back sooner than later, as I'd much rather rent from here than the airport.
