  Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, kind, and resourceful. The car had no problems of any kind, and it was clean. It was a pleasure to drive it.

  Waited 2 hours to get a vehicle that was booked months in advance. The whole pickup process was very frustrating. The delay was blamed on the lack of wash bays and inability to clean vehicles fast enough to meet the demand. Sounds like this is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed.

  Had our vehicle booked a month in advance and the wait for our rental car was longer than our flight. Terrible experience. Will choose another company from now on.

  We waited 2 hours in line for a rental at the airport we had reserved prior to arrival. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes before anyone apologized to the slow moving line for the delay, the lack of communication was disappointing. Once we finally got to the counter, only took 5 minutes to get our car. This location needs to consider a line for those that have a reservation already. Next time we will use another company at the airport.
