Took it back and they said a weight must've fallen off when they rotated the tires then refused to fix it. Will NEVER go back there. It will now cost me out of pocket to balance and probably align the car now.

I’m super upset because I was given a quote over the phone then when I went in to get the service done it was something completely different which was way more. Valvoline please do better and STOP misquoting people over the phone! I won’t be back to any of your locations due to the mess.
