I have been there for many services, new battery filters, oil changes and so far I trust them I hope I never have a reason not to trust them. - XMXanthe MarieeOct 19, 20251.0I went in on 10/18 to get a routine oil change, like I always do when I'm due for one. I have frequented Valvoline for my oil changes since I got my Jeep. Used a coupon, I was given a total of how much it would be and I had my card ready to pay. Breckin then stops me and says, 'hold on, let me just check your battery and get a reading on that'. Okay, sure. Not sure why you'd have to get a reading of my battery before I pay, but whatever. 'Oh... well we couldn't get a reading off of it so looks like I can't test your battery today.' Okay, whatever. Oil change goes quick and smooth, I pay the total and they are ready to guide me out. I go to start my car and to my surprise, my car isn't starting. Breckin then chooses this time to calmly shrug his shoulders to tell me 'my battery probably just died, but we can jump you so that you can get to the next place to buy one. Or we have them for $180 bucks.' I explained the situation to the Manager, Hunter, to which I was met with a bunch of excuses about how it couldn't possibly have been anything they did to affect the life of my battery. No intent on helping me, or any care for the fact that I could have been stranded. Nobody even told me I should probably get my battery checked. Definitely not the type of place I would trust my vehicle with going forward, I'll pay the extra money to get my oil changed somewhere else.
