Whatever girl they have answer the phone has the most stank attitude ever and for months i've been trying to get a silly little bolt/screw replaced to secure my battery down. My mom had originally gone here in the past to get her battery replaced, since then she has sold me the car and the battery has needed another replacement so we go back to the same location to see if it’s under warranty and after a lot of pain in the ass run around because ownership of the car had changed And they couldn’t tell me anything from her account about my car for privacy reasons, which is fine. We eventually got sent over to the Higley location to get it replaced under warranty because they were the only place that had the battery we needed in stock. So I go to Higley I get the battery replaced. They tell me that one of the screws that holds the battery down is stripped And none of the locations have it in stock so they contacted the baseline location to order it and told me that baseline would call me when they have the piece ready and that I could just drive over there and they’d screw it in real quick and that would be that. Weeks pass, No phone call. So I call that baseline location and they’re basically like dawg we do not know what you’re talking about, you don’t even have an account with us. But the guys on Higley had made me an account when I was there which is very weird. So the people on baseline escalate me to their over the phone customer service guy not based at any of those locations, where that guy then tells me no account was made and basically just didn’t know what I was talking about so I walked him through the entire thing he created like a special order number for that piece and in the end I was told yet again that I would get a phone call when it’s ready and I never got a phone call. I don’t know if the guys at the Higley location were to blame. I don’t know if the guys at the baseline location were to blame, I don’t know if the customer service guy I spoke to is to blame. Either way he seemed very ready to come to all of his employees defenses when I mentioned I’m not sure whose fault this was or why this got so confusing and miss handled, but nonetheless, it is several weeks later and I never got a call. I will be going to another shop to get the goofy little screw, and I will never be touching a Valvolone ever again in my life. They gave me such a big Runaround. They were not polite at all and I am insanely baffled by how many good reviews they have. 0/10

Found part holding oil filter cracked off. Put in part. Valvoline wants to give me a free oil change!! Hunter, the Mgr. RUDE, ANGRY and basically called me a liar due to me not contacting them right away cuz I was helping frnd with triple bypass surgery. Been going to Valvoline for decades!! Tell me WHY I would want to go back to them??
