I find it extremely concerning how casually this company seems to operate when it comes to safety and responsibility. Situations like this are exactly how companies end up facing serious financial consequences, and it honestly makes me wonder what kind of insurance coverage they carry. Most likely they rely on something like Progressive for vehicle coverage, but regardless of who the provider is, incidents like this can quickly turn into a very expensive lesson.
As a motorcyclist myself, I carry $500,000 in coverage because I understand the risks on the road and the importance of being properly insured and accountable. One careless moment or poor decision can change someone’s life permanently, and the financial liability that follows can easily reach that level or far beyond. It’s surprising that a company operating vehicles around the public would appear so indifferent to that reality.
The lack of professionalism and awareness shown here is troubling. Businesses that operate vehicles—especially around motorcycles and other vulnerable drivers—should be held to a much higher standard. Safety, attention, and responsibility should be non-negotiable. When those things are missing, it not only puts people at risk but also exposes the company to massive liability.
What’s even more frustrating is that this entire situation could have easily been avoided with basic awareness and professionalism. I will be uploading the video footage of the incident soon so others can clearly see what happened and judge the situation for themselves.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about inconvenience or frustration. It’s about the potential consequences of negligence. If something serious had happened, the cost could have easily reached $500,000 or more, which is exactly why responsible drivers carry coverage like that. Companies should be setting the example, not creating situations that make people question whether they take safety or accountability seriously.
Hopefully this serves as a wake-up call that operating vehicles around the public requires more care, more awareness, and a lot more professionalism than what was demonstrated here.

So we can take 5 minutes to write out a note a tape it to the door to let people know we're close - yet we can't take 30 seconds to update the hours into Google Maps so customers don't waste time and money.... awesome.

I gave safelite a 1 star only because the system doesn't allow for no stars...I scheduled safelite to replace my windshield and about one week later it was again cracked...I do not drive my car much as I have a company/work truck...The car was never driven and it had cracked on its own in my driveway...They accepted to replace it under warranty the first time but the same thing happened again and now they are saying something hit it and I would have to create a new claim...I am 100% confident nothing hit the windshield...The car sat in my driveway and when I got in it it was again cracked...I will never use safelite again and make sure others dont either...I will also add that the tech lady that came out had mentioned that the windshield was not installed correctly...The wrong clips had been used...The tech took pictures that were sent to the decision makers but it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything...Not happy!

Quick, professional experience, Briayan went above and beyond, putting new 3M double sided tape on my sun shade window brackets so I could re install them once the window cured. Otherwise, I was going to have to try to get replacement brackets from sun shade manufacturer. I'm a repeat customer, always happy with service!
