I even called my insurance and gave them a new work order. Still refused to work on my vehicle earlier. Appt was at 10am and had a new order 5 minutes after the tech "inspected" and got back to me at 10:10 am. Lazy, incompetent and rude. Stay out of the shop if you can't handle doing the work.
