Joshua Desmond was the first Raceway employee, that I have met on my 10 or so visits there, who did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. because of that, I purchased more than I had planned on purchasing! While I was cleaning my car, he came over to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed! Great service!

I recieved a special to sign up for a membership. I have never had a membership and thought maybe it would be worth it. My sister hyped up the Raceway experience, bt I didn't have a positive experience at all.
I will not be returning to this location, Ill be telling my family and friends that already have memberships, and we will purposely be finding a different franchise location with a different owner to support Raceway.
The guy with the glasses, maybe hispanic, and a poor attitude who laughed at my concern, refused to properly help me, wouldn't give me a sticker, and wouldn't give me the air freshener I asked for that comes with the membership will be the reason you lose business. When I asked a coworker for his name to make a proper complaint he refused to give it to me, so I am going to assume it's an all of them type of problem.
