I did noticed that the compressed air or hoses they have here aren't as strong as other hoses they have at other raceway locations.

Terrible sales strategy when he only told me about the most expensive wash and then stared at me. So I told him I just wanted the simplest wash, the pit stop. He proceeded to tell me "that's just soap and water..." and that is truly all it was. I don't know if they need to improve their soap, spot free rinse or what. If you're going to charge customers $10 for a wash they should at least not drive away with a streaky, dirtier car then they drove in with. And if you're going to ask people if it's their first time there, when they say yes you might want to wow them a bit so they want to come back.
