Joshua Desmond helped me out today and he was very knowledgeable respectful and i like that this time when i went to this specific wash there was towels to dry my vehicle. I have went plenty of times to this specific location and i would have to ask for towels because all the towels slots were empty. So today i had a very good experience. Thanks to Joshua Desmond and the other kid that was there this afternoon. I didnt get his name but they both are doing a great job. Better than the older people haha.

Joshua Desmond was the first Raceway employee, that I have met on my 10 or so visits there, who did not pressure me to purchase more than I wanted. because of that, I purchased more than I had planned on purchasing! While I was cleaning my car, he came over to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed! Great service!
