  On 11/11/2025, I went to the Raceway car wash on Power Road in Mesa. I had just come off of a road trip and had numerous bugs and dirt on the front of my vehicle. The first time I went through the car wash it did not clean my truck very well. Employee Doug told me to go through the wash a second time but before I did he sprayed down the whole front of the vehicle and the windshield and actually hand scrubbed all of it first. My truck came through the car wash this second time beautifully clean. Doug went way out of his way to help me get my vehicle cleaned.

  Worst car wash ever. Always broke or having problems. Their fast lane should be called the slow broke lane. Their satisfaction guarantee policy is BS. The minute you complain about their service they cancel your membership and keep your money

  This rating is mostly for the staff. I ended up locking my keys in the truck and although we did not have success, Doug tried his hardest to help me get my keys. Thank you Doug and others for trying your hardest!!

  I stopped in this morning to do a quick wash. When I pulled up I greeted the guy working there & told him I wanted the cheapest wash please. He said he had to show me all my options first. He pulled out their price sheet and showed it to me. I held out my credit card (because they like to be the ones that handle your transaction and the kiosk) and said yes the $10 wash please. He got super annoyed and snapped “I WILL GO OVER THIS WHOLE THING” I said thanks you have a great day and backed out. My exit was less dramatic than it sounds because he had to move yellow cones to let me out. XD I should not have to sit through an AD for a self-serve car wash. I went to the Sossaman Auto Spa by Costco instead. Their wash was $1 cheaper and I didn’t have anyone talk over me I was able to purchase & complete the service entirely without a problem. If you do decide you want to view their ad, they have handy QR codes placed in the vacuum area. I don’t know (or care) if this guy just had a problem with me knowing what I want or if it’s a push from management to annoy customers; either way I won’t be returning.
