She is always helpful and very friendly. I had an issue with my account just the other day, Arlene was on it in a flash. Without making the process feel like a hassle. She’s capable of holding a conversation and has very good people skills… Made my issue feel like a lighthearted effortless conversation with a few laughs in between.
