  Pump card readers not working again, I'm sick of having this problem at this station. I'll just go to Circle K across the street.

  Had asked one of the kitchen clerks to put a hairnet on told me it was optional wouldn’t give me a reason to why he option out not to wear it. Another clerk was handling product and food, touching countertops surfaces without changing his gloves while putting hotdogs on the rollers to be cooked And asked for the kitchen policies they gave me food, safety, gloves, and hair, restraints, CD guide the clerk at the counter register told me hairnet visors are optional, but the details on the policy say hair should be restrained by hair, visor, hat, beard net, in such a way to prevent contact with food or food surfaces heavy restraints refer to hairnet, hat, visor or beard net All hair must be tucked into your hairnet and beard net beard nut should be worn below the nose if a mask is worn a Burnett must go on top of mask All I was wanting and asking was for them to wash change gloves and apply a hairnet on instead, she began to rant about other things and subjects trying to change the topic hooray on their professionalism on keeping the situation, calm and collect by ignoring the customer and trying to shoot them away and brush them off like it’s no big deal like this isn’t a health concern or health hazards All I’m saying is do better please and thank you

  I have been coming to QuikTrip over Circle K. Customer service at QuikTrip is always good! Today on the other hand was the worst day ever. I went into QuikTrip to get two hot dogs for 3.50 and I got a monster drink. Relich was the service girl at the cash register. She told me I owed her $17. I almost paid it before a second I corrected her and said I thought the two hot dogs were 3.50 for two? The next price came out her mouth was $10. Then I had to make sure she understood what I was doing because this usually cost me six bucks. I got mustard and she charged me for cheese. This QuikTrip on University and 202. I think the customer service regional manager needs to look into what's going on at this store!
