- SSSJDec 23, 20251.0I was reminded again today why I stopped wasting my time and money at quick trip. Every time I give in and allow this location another chance to earn my business, they fail miserably. It does not matter if its fuel, food, drinks or anything in the store, there is ALWAYS an issue. The staff are always rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional despite acting like they are God's gift to convenience stores. Today, one of the employees (Tanner) took it upon himself to once again prove what a joke this location is. Despite only having one other customer at his register, Tanner made it a point to ignore me standing in front of him, patiently waiting for him to finish fumbling around with his zyn products. While I was waiting for Tanner to finally acknowledge me, other customers were managed appropriately by a different staff member who quickly jumped onto a separate register. At no point was I asked to move to another register to check out... I was just left standing there waiting to pay, wasting time. Because I spoke out to Tanner and the other staff member about their ignorance and lack of customer service, I was treated to increased hostility from Tanner and the other staff. Needless to say, I left. Quick trip, you need to do better! Hire better quality staff, train them appropriately, and maybe think about a zero-tolerance policy for treating customers like garbage. You have once again proven to me why I avoid quick trip as a norm.
