Went to this place and got meet with the most positive interaction that made me want to continue going back. Brian is an amazing employee and you can really tell he cares about what he does. He was so kind and welcoming and was exceptionally understanding! It really is the customer service that keeps me coming back to this place, thank you Brian for the hospitality!

Incredibly predatory car wash. I came in for a wash about a month ago and they put me on the subscription witout my knowledge despite my insistence I only wanted the single car wash. Only when they billed me recently was I even aware I was subscribed to them. Do not go here for your washes.

I used to be a member here, but I’m happy I’m not any longer because I stopped by this morning to get a single car wash and they are now charging $12.99 for a single, less than basic car wash. I didn’t see any soap released onto my car, just water. I’m not really sure what I just paid for, but in the past when I was a member, I know you’d get at least soap to wash your car. My car went through the wash, no soap released, but I did get the air dry. When I pulled into a stall to dry my car with the provided towels-that went well, BUT the hand air blowers you use to get into the crevices to remove water in tight and small spaces had low air power/pressure so it would barely blow a leaf away that was stuck to my car. Overall I was very disappointed by today’s experience. The gentleman who was working the entrance and selling the car washes said to me “I recommend the $22.99 wash because you get more and the tire shine”. Does get more mean I only get soap when I purchase the $22.99 wash. Throughout the valley you can find decent car washes for $11. Quick Quack needs to revisit this issue as I was very unhappy with my experience today and would not recommend them to friends or family. Very sad how things have gone downhill for this brand.

We’ve been members for a year and until now everything had been great. Yesterday, an attendant told us our monthly payment hadn’t processed and said we could take care of it on the spot, which we did. Nothing changed, so we left and went on our way.
I later called customer service to explain the situation. The representative apologized but said there was nothing she could do. When I asked why we were never contacted if a payment didn’t go through, I was told their system doesn’t notify customers.
What was missing was any effort to make it right—no acknowledgment of our year of loyalty, no solution, and no attempt to retain us as customers. Just apologies and excuses.
Because of that, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere—somewhere that values customer satisfaction and long-term customers.
