  I went through the automated car. Wash with my new 2024, Jeep Wrangler. A few days later, I noticed that there were faint brush mark scratches along the entire side of both vehicles. It is not a single deep scratch. It is faint brush stroke style scratches in a lengthwise, fashion like the large brushes on the car wash were. I went down to the store. Asked to speak with a manager. They said that one wasn't there. And the employee took an entire incident report. My name address phone number email description of what happened, Photos of what happened. The next day, I received an email stating that they had received my complaint and somebody would be contacting me. It has been 4 weeks since an employee took an incident report and detailed photos of my vehicle and all of my information about the incident. I received an initial email in which I replied with additional information. They said somebody would get back to me.... They have NOT. It has been 3 weeks since I contacted the main call center, and they verified all of my information. And stated that somebody would be calling me within a couple of days.....They did NOT. It has been exactly 2 weeks since I spoke with a supervisor at the main call center, who assured me that she was sending an email to the Regional manager, Josh, concerning my complaint, how nothing has been done by this store. She stated that he would be getting back to me within 48 hours....He has NOT. She also stated that she was going to send an email to the store manager at 6302 the store where this happened. She assured me that someone would be getting back to me 48 hours.... He has NOT. Someone from the store contacted me by email 3 days ago. They asked me, what time would be good to call the very next day? I gave him the times. He said he was going to call.....3 days later... He as NOT. No regional manager has gotten back to me concerning this issue about the store. And absolutely NOBODY has contacted me to date, about this incident. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
