The problem still hasn't been fixed because of a special tool, even though he assured me he could take care of the issue. When we arrived, we had to wait in the small front office without air conditioning while he prepared an invoice for me. The car was returned to me in worse condition than when it was given to me. Handprints from him all over the skid plates weren't properly attached, and it dragged all the way home. I won't be going back. He showed me that his shop was unprofessional and unreliable for any of my Mercedes cars and SUVs.
