The staff were friendly and helpful and my chosen vehicle was spotless and ready for me when I arrived. There were other travelers at the desk that were upset because there wasn’t a car immediately available for them - but they hadn’t reserved one ahead of time! The staff handled these grumpy customers with complete professionalism. The return process was so easy and once again, the staff person working the return lot was very friendly and knowledgeable.
