I approached him with a simple, respectful question that had nothing to do with Jiffy Lube’s operations or authority. Instead of basic customer service or a civil conversation, his response felt unnecessarily rude and condescending. From the very first approach, his tone was elevated and demanding. He told me to step out, which I did without issue, but his attitude remained hostile throughout the interaction. Rather than calmly explaining his position, he went out of his way to say that even if the land in question were their property, he would still say no and suggested I “go elsewhere,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate. I was genuinely trying to have a calm, reasonable conversation, but his demeanor made that impossible. I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for years, all across the country, and this was by far the worst managerial interaction I’ve experienced. The situation didn’t require escalation, yet Chris created unnecessary tension through his approach, tone, and attitude. Ending it in a religious comment. Customer service starts with respect, and unfortunately, that was missing here.

The floor had footprints of oil residue which appeared to be from the workers from the dippers to the restroom. I dare not even look at those. Not a good representation of such a company so wide spread. The price was much higher than I have ever paid for the same oil change using the same oil on the same vehicle. The customer service was subpar as well, even when I asked for a receipt, the oil stained printer wouldn’t print out a receipt - the sales agent said it was broken. I would not recommend to anyone.
