Scott went above and beyond to give me a preliminary diagnostic on what he believed the problem may be. Instead of charging me for work that was unnecessary, he was honest and told me their facility wouldn’t be able to accommodate the work as the problem exceeded his facilities current capabilities. The biggest shocker was he didn’t charge me for his time. (Although he rightfully should have because I came in multiple times across a few days to have it looked at.)
