Unbeknownst to me, these customers are more important than my appointment and were taken into the garage right away. At 8:30 AM, I asked if there was a better time I could come back. Joelle let me know that there are only two of them, and they were not expecting these other people. But you were expecting me, Joelle. You are the one I made the appointment with. I could have a lot of options from here, but because of the initial customer service and the reasonable price, I chose to drive another 20 minutes away from my home on bad brakes to go to a different grease monkey that had a mechanic that was actually available for me. The initial great customer service was invalidated by the complete absence of follow-through.
