  It’s unfortunate that I now have to leave a negative review. Initially, they did great work, and my first review reflected that with high praise. However, after I had to return once—and then again—the experience changed significantly. On the third visit, they essentially threw their hands up and said it was “not our problem.” I explained that even the dealership believed the issue was likely something that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. They stated they would contact the insurance company to try to resolve it, but I never heard back—not even a courtesy call to share the insurance company’s response. I later reached out for an update, and my call was still not returned.

  Gerber Collision was my first choice for repairs due to a recent fender bender. After a prompt and informative lookover of my car, I was advised I'd receive an emailed estimate by the end of that same day. After not receiving the estimate, I called for an update and was told I'd receive the estimate by the end of the following business day instead. I called a couple of more times over the next several days attempting to follow up on the estimate I'd never received, however all of my calls went unanswered and unreturned. That is, until today, when I received a call from the receptionist asking if I was still interested in having my repairs done there. Save yourself the time and visit the company next door; they were able to get me a printed and emailed quote within minutes.

  I was sent to Gerbers by my insurance company after I was involved in a hit and run accident. My insurance totaled my car. Gerbers was very helpful throughout this whole ordeal. Mallory was very professional. Even though my car was totaled by my insurance, Gerbers was very accommodating in me getting my personal items from my car. Jorge was very helpful and helped us load my things into our car. All of the employees that I came in contact were very helpful and professional.
