  The staff at Gerber Collision were fantastic, they had everything handled for us right as we walked in. They were patient and understanding which in my option every shop that handles your daily vehicle and then it's going to be held for days they should be helpful like Gerber Collision was. Helped and took care of the rental and the technicians were knowledgeable and informative. They had a clean shop with the original Batmobile in the lobby with the Penguins duck bad guy ride.

  Customer service is horrible. They called on a Saturday morning at 8:31 AM. I called back at 8:38 AM. Left a message. Never heard anything. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and they said I didn’t have an appointment and that I never had called back. I showed him on my phone that I had called back and I said this is really making me want to come here the front desk girl Tonya it is very rude. Then she put me with Adam to write a quote they couldn’t put ceramic coating back on the vehicle. Said I would have to go elsewhere. He said he would have me quote the quote that afternoon or the next day three days later we finally got it. They are all very rude and their customer service is horrible. I would hate to have them work on my brand new vehicle. I will be going to another body shop.

  I recently had my car fixed at Gerber Collision. They had my car done in less than a week! Adam has amazing attention to detail and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using this company. 10/10 experience.

  BEWARE!! This shop has had my parent’s minivan for over 3 weeks and are still making excuses. My elderly father is disabled and this is unacceptable. The van is now promised to be finished tomorrow. I will update my review if it actually happens.
