The receptionist was so sweet and helpful. They assisted with getting me a rental car while my car was being repaired and I was able to return the rental to Gerber when my car was fixed.

My car just sat there for days even though I had a "next day" appointment. Then they took it upon themselves to begin working on it without discussing it with me. I sent my girl to pick up my car to take it to another shop. When she walked in the receptionist was too busy on a personal phone call to even look up. When she finally did, no apologies were made. She was very awkward and strange and the first thing she did say was "your boyfriend doesn't like me. He called and his name is common so I confused him." Mind you every time I called for an update she would answer and have no idea what car, customer, or in general what she was talking about. We also had to wait 30 minutes for them to reassemble the car we never asked them to work on. No bueno.

Bernie is a clueless fool who will lie to your face to cover up his ineptitude. This is a "collision repair business" that farms out their alignment work to one of the worst most corrupt run businesses in the area. They told my wife and I 3 different lies to cover up something they did to our tire after we dropped off our vehicle with them. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER!
