We were just passing by after seeing some other rv's in the area. Raymond approached us and we saw a couple rv's that we were interested in. One in particular caught our eye. We then met the sales manager, James and he threw out some numbers. We left that day w/o an rv but decided on the one we had our eye on after a couple of days. James went above and beyond for us. He wanted us to get that rv. They are also very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. I highly recommend GENERAL RV in Mesa for all of your rv needs.

Service department has let me down multiple times. The final straw is some minor work they did failed and left me stranded on the side of I-10. Stay far away

After spending a couple weeks looking at several different floorplans on RV Trader Online, my wife and I set out to find our selected models on RV dealer lots around Phoenix. We had no intention of purchasing from a dealer, but just to get inside the models we had chosen and then go find them online and purchase from a private seller. As expected, it was VERY painful visiting multiple dealers. Lots of wasted time finding a salesman. Then he/she would have to go find someone else to answer a question. They’d ask what we wanted, then proceed to show us a bunch of stuff not on our list. And the hard sell was always present. “I’ve been doing this for 12 years, I know what I’m talking about” was a common salesman retort to our wish list. Well, we’re 70 years old, have owned multiple RVs and know exactly what we want! Our last stop was General RV on E Main St in Mesa. WOW! What a difference. Pleasant smiles from the receptionists, immediate offer of water to drink, how can we help you, salesman appeared instantly. NO hard sell. Wrote down our wish list, identified the unit that matched all our criteria and within our budget. We were blown away. So we proceeded thru the offer process to see where it would go. Within an hour of walking thru the door we had a very generous offer on our 7 yr old trade in and a very fair price on the purchase of the newer 3 yr old model. Even though I might have saved a few bucks buying and selling privately, the GRV process was so quick, so easy, and it was clear they really did care about their customer. There was NEVER a hard sell, no late add-on fees, no surprises, and they fixed everything that needed fixing. Everyone, from the sales manager James, to salesman Mike, receptionists Annette and Daisy, Service Eric and John, ops mgr Jessie, delivery guy Stephen, parts Heather and Taylor, and finance Linda and Scott. They were all amazing, did whatever needed to be done to make our experience so smooth, so pleasant. I’m actually looking forward to using these guys again on my next RV upgrade. Many thanks to the great team at this location. You guys are AMAZING!

I brought our 2022 dutchman aspen trail to the service department to fix our furnace for an upcoming trip to high country where it would be 38 degrees or lower at night. I explained that the unit would turn on and get hot, but would not stay on. After my warranty paid, I still owed 170 bucks for a regulator they said was bad and diagnostic testing. We get 5 hours away to low Temps and the heater is doing the exact same thing I said was wrong, and one of the lines they attached to the regulator leaks. Thank goodness we have an electric fireplace as we have 2 small children that would not have done well in those low Temps at night. I've left 2 messages with no return calls and was finally told today I needed to call Monday to speak to a manager. Very disappointed 😞. They were very friendly and seemed competent, but its all for nothing if something was replaced that wasn't even the problem. I will just order parts and fix it myself as that will be the cheaper option. This is why people loose faith in mechanics and repair shops. Wasted time, money and added stress i didn't need.
