  Top to bottom we had a great experience! Scott who walked the trailer with us was extremely knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed to feel comfortable with its operation. Highly recommended!

  I cannot say enough good things about every single person that works at this RV Center. They are all extremely knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and reasonable. From the salesperson, Nolan, to the GM Justin, the walk through person Stephen, the delivery guy Brian, the super helpful Amber and finance person Linda, I was treated like a family member. I was originally just going to look at an RV to get an idea of what I wanted, and ended up purchasing the unit I was looking at. I could not be happier with the service and the home away from home that I purchased. This company is high quality. I would highly recommend General RV Mesa for anyone looking to purchase an RV.

  We had a few issues when purchasing a new coach, but the team worked to get them addressed. They communicated and followed up in a timely manner. The recorded virtual walk though was very valuable.
