  Rented a Ford F-350 to pull a 40ft fifth wheel the truck pulled it like it was not even there was a super nice truck the service was awesome Jacob was the man at the counter and he was awesome would totally rent from them again and the price was great

  Website reservation was ambiguous to me. I wasn’t sure I actually reserved a truck with a lift gate, and there was no info about the lift gate’s capacity. Location in Mesa was awful, had to park a quarter mile away because the surrounding streets restrict parking. Having said that, Enterprise is the only company I could find that had lift gates available for personal, non-commercial use. Corey was truly professional and helpful, without that condescending customer service persona some people take on as a substitute for genuine conscientiousness. Drop-off wasn’t intuitive as the truck lot was locked up after hours, but I left it in a random spot in the car rental lot and dropped the key in the box. I got a thank you message from Corey the next day and was informed he would close out the contract for me. No drama. It is exactly the service I needed on a very long day of tough logistics.

  Jacob is very rude and disrespectful towards customers should be fired!! I've had several bad experiences at this location 2 of the 26ft trucks broke down me. Young lady charged my card over 400 bucks had to get new cards that was fun. As well as being disrespected by Jacob on different occasions and nothing being done about it even after being reported. They take up for each other and excuse poor behavior towards customers. I will never rent anymore trucks from this location.
