Location in Mesa was awful, had to park a quarter mile away because the surrounding streets restrict parking. Having said that, Enterprise is the only company I could find that had lift gates available for personal, non-commercial use. Corey was truly professional and helpful, without that condescending customer service persona some people take on as a substitute for genuine conscientiousness. Drop-off wasn’t intuitive as the truck lot was locked up after hours, but I left it in a random spot in the car rental lot and dropped the key in the box. I got a thank you message from Corey the next day and was informed he would close out the contract for me. No drama. It is exactly the service I needed on a very long day of tough logistics.
