  I got a price over the phone and by the time I got to the rental office I was given another price that was over $120. Stay away from this place.

  Best service I’ve ever recieved renting a car! Very smooth all around. Drove first car for about an hour and decided I wanted something bigger. Was able to exchange hassle free. Extended my reservation twice by giving them a call and couldn’t have been easier. They also had the cheapest rate around.

  Terrible service! I lost my Disneyland and hotel tickets because of their incompetence. I made the reservation online before arriving in the US, only for them to demand a plane ticket upon arrival, even though I entered the country by land. I had my international driver's license and credit card, and it was so easy for them to just say, "We're canceling your reservation, bye." They never considered how much I was losing, much less offered to compensate me for the $1000 and the ruined vacation. Don't rent from them; they're awful!

  We have been Enterprise people for some time. I tried another rental company last year for a short visit to AZ and it was cheap. My plane was diverted and I would be unable to pick up my car that day. They were not the least bit helpful and were close to rude. This would not have happened with Enterprise. I will stick with friendly, helpful Enterprise from now on.

  I usually do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. We rented a vehicle from Enterprise initially using our insurance agency for about 2 weeks. Subsequently, we needed to extend our rental agreement for an additional 4 days. Before agreeing to the extension, I spoke with a representative over the phone, during which all financial details and deposits were clearly explained, and we proceeded with the extension. We returned the vehicle on the agreed date. However, upon reviewing our credit card statement, we discovered discrepancies in the charges. I contacted a manager for clarification. Initially, he was cordial, but as I began to inquire about the charges for better understanding, he quickly turned unfriendly and short, as if my questions were bothersome. I requested that the manager refrain from disrespectful comments he made. This seemed to further irritate him, and he redirected the conversation back to me, stating, "If you are going to speak to me that way, I will not refund you anything," before abruptly hanging up the phone! If you choose to rent from this establishment, please ensure that you obtain everything in writing and avoid any interaction with the manager at this location.
